This is being added as an amendment to the 1768 Document.

Another and better look at the codicil and Executor document of the
14/10/1768

Line 9 is amended as---------Causes and Considerations Us hereunto Moving
have
(line 10) Renounced ---------------etc
(line 11) Execution of the said last Will and Testament and the
(line 12) Codicil thereto ----------etc
(line 14) may have its due Effect in Law We do authorize
(line 15) and Impower Thomas Brook of the city of York
(line 17) of York to appear before the the Right Worshipful Franncis
line 18 ) Topham Doctor of Laws Commissary of the Exchequer
line 19 ) Court of the Most Reverend Father in God Robert by
line 20 ) Divine Providence Lord Archbishop Primate of ---etc
line 22 ) his lawful Surrogate and to pray and procure this
line 23 ) our Renunciation to be accepted --------etc
line 26 ) We have hereunto Set our Hands and Seals this fourteenth
line 27 ) (two space markers) Day (----------etc ----1768 )

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've put in some 'looks' at various specified lines just in case there were
any ambiquities in the previous ------attempts eg: Moving here was wrong it
is "Moving have" ie a legal term as in Moving an amendment to a legal
proposal!!!!
