222. Samuel BOWLBY ^{(1435)(5) (6)(7) (8)} was born on 30 Nov 1770. ⁽¹⁴³⁶⁾ He died on 15 Aug 1792. ⁽¹⁴³⁷⁾ An Imlaydale Grave Marker Transcription, from a stone now buried beneath the porch foundation on the colonial house closest to the Musconetcong River on Imlaydale, read:

In memory of Samuel Bowlby son of John and Catherine Bowlby who departed this life August the 15th, 1792 aged 21 years 8 months and 15 days. "This holy place in life did frequent, now in death I become its resident. Ye that know me take care my vices show, Pray for Gods grace or else ye are undone."
